Returns Policy

We take pride in the products we offer and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange items for various reasons.

Before using or installing your items, please inspect them thoroughly. We recommend keeping a record of your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or delivery packaging. This will be useful in case of any after-sales inquiries.

Right to Cancel an Order

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, receive the last item. To cancel your order, please inform us by email of your decision with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). It is sufficient to send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs for the least expensive delivery method (note that additional payments for express or next-day delivery will not be refunded, as Wild Swimming Test Kits usually offers free delivery). We may deduct a reasonable amount from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the goods due to unnecessary handling by you. We will process the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or
  • 14 days after being informed of your decision to cancel the order if no goods were supplied.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement as used for the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise. No fees will be incurred as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Please return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods due to handling.

Exclusions from Returns: All used products. All COVID tests (laboratory and single-use tests) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund of Express Shipping Costs: We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by delivery companies (courier, Royal Mail). Refunds of additional shipping fees (i.e., express shipping) are discretionary.

Faulty Goods

If you are returning goods due to defects or damage received during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible to process your return efficiently. Note that goods are guaranteed in our packaging. Other packaging or failure to store goods as advised is excluded from returns. All used products, custom-made, and private-label products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Return

To return an item, ensure it is in new and unused condition and securely packaged. Send it to:

(Please contact us for an alternative returns address if your order was shipped from Australia or Germany.)

Include your name, address, invoice number, and the reason for the return (Cancellation / Return for Refund / Faulty) with your product. We will process the refund upon receiving the product.
